How long is the rental period?
The renting of the equipment by Namib Laboratory Technical & Medical Services to the client shall commence on the start date and terminate on the end date as recorded in the relevant rental schedule.
Do you need to pay a deposit?
Yes, we do require a deposit.
How does delivery and installation work?
Namib Laboratory Technical & Medical Services will deliver once all the documents has been sorted. Installation will be done and after completion, a certificate will be issued to ensure that installation is fully compliant with the applicable laws.
Letting of equipment
Upon the completion and signing of a rental schedule in respect of the Equipment, Namib Laboratory Technical & Medical Services agrees to rent the said equipment to the client upon the terms and conditions recorded in this agreement and the relevant rental schedule.
Ownership of the equipment
The Equipment shall at all times remain the sole and exclusive property of Namib Laboratory Technical & Medical Services. Possession of the equipment is merely provided to the client as part of a temporary lease agreement as recorded in this agreement and therefore cannot in any manner be disposed of or sold by the client.
